hi everybody-
the first book we are reading is Moloka'i by Alan Brennert. if you can't find it at the library you can also get it on amazon.com for around $7. we will probably be meeting at the starbucks inside the borders at waikele unless anyone has a better suggestion. we have a lot of people from hickam and some from ko olina so it has to be somewhere in the middle. we will meet once a month starting in september with the first book being Moloka'i, at that meeting another member will pick a book and so on. whoever is choosing the book that month can pick whatever they want. i'll work out some more guidelines as we go but this is a start. I’m also asking everyone to let me know what dates would work for them, something at the end of September. I know I won’t be able to accommodate everyone but I’ll try!
