We had one of our best discussions this past Sunday. We all really enjoyed the book even though some parts were very hard to read. A lot of our members even thought it was the best book we’ve read yet. We’ve decided to keep doing a book exchange every month. So if you have a book you’re going to donate to the library or just don’t know what to do with, bring it to the next meeting and see if someone else would enjoy it. For our next book we wanted to find a lighter read. One of our members suggested “People of the Book” by Geraldine Brooks. It might not be a really light read but it look like it should be fun and it’s gotten some great reviews. It’s a fairly new book but the library has quite a few copies although you might want to hurry up and get on a list. It’s also available used/new at amazon.com for around $15.

After eating brunch and making lists of alllllllllllllllll the other books we want to read, we decided to meet next month at 10:30 on the 30th. I hope to see you all there!
