We had a great time at our last meeting. Over breakfast we discussed “People of the book” and had a lot of fun. Opinions of the book varied but we agreed that the flashbacks were more fun to read than the main characters story. The history in the book was unbelievably interesting and the time the author must have put into research, well, we couldn’t even imagine.
We’ve decided for out next meeting we will have a get-together at one of our members homes, so if you’re interested in joining us email me for more info. It will be a super instead of a breakfast at around 4pm on the 27th. The next book we’re reading is “The Lost Choice” by Andy Andrews. It’s a short book and is a lighter read than the other books we’ve recently read. I’ve also started posting the list of other books we’ve talked about at our meetings so we don’t have to walk away with napinkins covered in ink anymore! Until the 27th, happy reading!
